There is no doubt anymore that smoking brings disastrous consequences on our health, because it robs of oxygen in the bloodstream - that in turn robs oxygen to each and every organ in our body - and let's not talk about the thick layer of tar that will invade the entire system, especially lungs! Yes, nicotine is bad for you. I believe that by now almost everyone knows at least in part the truth about smoking, apart from perhaps very young smokers.
Ok, cigarettes are a no-no, but what about vapor cigarettes? Many do believe that having a vape cigarette is healthier than a common cigarette. Many that desire to stop smoking use an e-cigarette to quit smoking. Still, the doubt remains for many asking all the side effects of vaping and vapor health risk involved in this new "innocent" habit.
First of all, what is vaping? Is vaping really better than vaping?
Vaping is the inhaling of a vapor created by an electronic cigarette (e-cigarette) or other vaping device. E-cigarettes are battery-powered smoking devices. They have cartridges filled with a liquid that usually contains nicotine, flavorings, and chemicals. The liquid is heated into a vapor, which the person inhales.
The use of e-cigarettes is often referred to as “vaping” because many people believe e-cigarettes create a vapor, which is then inhaled. But in fact, e-cigarettes produce an aerosol made up of tiny particles, which is different from a vapor.
.....there is still nicotine so if you are trying to stop your addiction of nicotine vaping is more dangerous as the tiny particles of aerosol will enter even deeper into your lungs!
But not only! There are also chemicals, in fact there are 7000 different highly toxic chemicals in each puff you get. The nicotine is extracted from tobacco and smoking an e cigarette or common cigarette will still give you the same identical result: a building up of nicotine and the chemicals coming from it.

Many desire to keep their smoking habit but want a healthier smoking without all the vape dangers for themselves and people around them, especially if they have children or perhaps want to give a good example to their teenage kids.
Some find it useful to consider e-cigarettes to quit smoking, switching every month to a lower nicotine quantity until they are free from the habit.
