  • 4 Eggs (boiled)
  • 1 Egg (raw) to dip
  • 6 Sausages remove skin (or use vegetarian sausages)
  • 30 g Crushed Pork Scratchings (or crushed almond)
  • 2 g Spices ( Chilli, Herbs...) 


  • Boil the eggs, peel and allow to cool.
  • Open the sausages and use the meat to cover the eggs.
  • Dip into the raw egg, and then the crushed pork scratchings.
  • Air fry, oven bake ( which are healthy options) or deep fry, if you prefer.
