Ingredients
- 4 Eggs (boiled)
- 1 Egg (raw) to dip
- 6 Sausages remove skin (or use vegetarian sausages)
- 30 g Crushed Pork Scratchings (or crushed almond)
- 2 g Spices ( Chilli, Herbs...)
Instructions

Boil the eggs, peel and allow to cool.

Open the sausages and use the meat to cover the eggs.

Dip into the raw egg, and then the crushed pork scratchings.

Air fry, oven bake ( which are healthy options) or deep fry, if you prefer.
