Not even a violent earthquake on the 29th May 2012 that destroyed half Modena, Italy suppressed the family's passion. After rebuilding everything back from the foundation, they soon got back to work prouder than ever. This is Acetum.
This Balsamic vinegar of Modena can be used for healthy salad dressing ideas, as a healthy spinach salad and eggs, quinoa salad dressing ideas if you fancy proteins.
It can be used as glazing meat. A glaze can be applied before cooking the meat or after - according of what effect and taste you are after - perfect as balsamic reduction glaze for steak, balsamic reduction sauce, red wine balsamic reduction, balsamic vinegar reduction or glaze for steak and for anything else your creativity fancy.
