A simple way to use anchovies is to add them to pasta dishes, such as puttanesca, gnocchi bake or garlic, chilli and olive oil spaghetti. It adds a savoury hit to any meal. If you want to use whole anchovies, add them directly onto pizzas, in salads and they can even be blended to create an anchovy cream.
