Directions
A simple way to use anchovies is to add them to pasta dishes, such as puttanesca, gnocchi bake or garlic, chilli and olive oil spaghetti. It adds a savoury hit to any meal. If you want to use whole anchovies, add them directly onto pizzas, in salads and they can even be blended to create an anchovy cream.
Storage
Store in a cool place. Best kept between 5°C and 12°C. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 7 days.
