Directions
Chia seeds are very versatile.
You can sprinkle them in your breakfasts like porridges, cereals yoghurt or sprinkle some in your salads, soups and in your everyday baking.
A good vegan hack for baking: Soak the chia seeds to make a chia seed gel. It's a great vegan replacement for ingredients like eggs or gelatine.
1) Add 1/3 cup of Chia seeds to 2 cups of water.
2) Stir and leave around for 10 minutes until it takes a gel-like consistency.
