Directions
Each packet serves 2 people. (100g each)
For 2 portions:
1) Put 200g of Bulgur in a heat resistant bowl.
2) Add 300ml of boiling water, cover and leave to rest for 15-20 minutes.
3) Add a little olive oil or butter and season to taste. Separate grains with a spoon.

Store in a cool, dry place.
