George and Adam (Belazu owners) met in 1979 in secondary school sharing a desk together on the class project and have been mate since then. Years pass by and both studies at University and become chefs working for Michelin-starred restaurant in France.
Their passion for good food and details bring them to London, where they start their company and own immediately the respect and recognition they deserve and many renowned customers including Raymond Blanc at Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons himself stock up in their products and does that regularly, since 1992.
Belazu Black Olive Tapenade is made with sundried tomatoes using a healthy recipe that is completely vegan and has no anchovies. Great for a rustic meal, try with pasta or as a part of a healthy diet.
