Bombay potato curry sauce (also know as aloo curry) by Punjaban is the easy and authentic way to make your own Indian Bombay potatoes. It's a tomato based sauce full of spices but without the chilli so perfect for those in your family who don't like heat!
This Bombay curry is 101% vegan, suitable for diabetics and has no artificial flavourings or preservatives. It serves 4 people - perfect for a quick but yummy Indian side dish.

Each jar serves 4
1) Pour your Bombay potato curry sauce by Punjaban into a pan. Add approximately 450g par boiled potatoes, diced into 1.5cm cubes and 1/2 jar of water. (adjust water according to taste)
2) Simmer until potatoes are fully cooked and garnish with coriander.
3) Serve with Punjaban naan bread, rice or as a side dish.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
