About the Brand
The owners Paula and Jon first met at University in 1993. By 2005 they opened three pub restaurants including The Jolly Farmers which is a multi-award winning pub, eatery and Farmshop. Their priority is a better environment as in 2006 they launched an initiative to reduce waste by getting customers to give them their excess home-grown fruit and vegetables. With an abundance of apples collected, Paula started experimenting and Briscoe's Artisan Jellies was born. After selling their pubs in 2015, they concentrated their efforts on developing their handmade artisan jellies using time-honoured traditional methods.
