How do you cook bulgur wheat?
Boil the amount needed in water for a good 10-15 minutes. Cover the boiling water and leave to soak for an extra 20-30 minutes until the bulgur wheat absorb the water. If you want to add the bulgur wheat only to salads then you can soak it, but if you wish to add it to soups then the soaking is not required.
