Directions
Serves 2.
1) Empty the contents of the packet into a medium saucepan with the olive oil, salt and dry white wine (optional).
2) Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 10-15 minutes until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
3) Finally, stir in the butter and serve garnished with finely grated parmesan cheese.
Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 14 days.
