1) Empty the contents of the packet into a medium saucepan with the olive oil and salt.
2) Add 500ml boiling water and bring to the boil. Simmer for approximately 18-20 minutes until rice is cooked, stirring occasionally.
3) Finally, serve garnished with finely grated parmesan cheese.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, use within 14 days.
