1) Preheat oven to 180° (350°F / Gas Mark 4). Seal 400g-500g of diced lamb in a preheated oiled pan. Then, put the lamb and this casserole mix into a casserole dish (with a 1.5L capacity).
2) Peel and slice potatoes and arrange them on top of the casserole.
3) Cover and cook in the oven for 1.5 hours, until the lamb is cooked and tender. Remove lid, drizzle with a little oil, and put under the grill for 5-8 minutes to brown the potatoes.
Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated and use within 3 days.
About the Brand
Potts is a family business set in Marlborough, Wiltshire, by Owen and Michelle Potts. It began in late 2007 right in their own kitchen and their first sauces were launched in spring 2008.
Owen Potts utilises his 20 years' experience of development and manufacturing in the fine foods industry to create their products.
The Potts family involvement doesn't stop there, however. Owen and Michelle's children form an important focus group for Potts' products, and can be a new sauce's biggest fans (or harshest critics)!
