Falafels are mainly eaten inside a pita bread garnished with tomatoes, cucumbers, and pickled onions but otherwise you can just dip the falafel balls in traditional dips like houmous or tahini.
Each pack serves 3 - 4 people.
how to make lebanese falafel?
1) Empty contents of sachet into a mixing bowl.
2) Add 170ml of cold water, mix well and leave to stand for 3-4 mins.
3) Spoon into golf-ball like shape and fry in hot oil for 20-30 seconds or until golden brown.
4) Drain off excess oil and serve warm.
Store in a cool, dry place. For best before: see base.
