The naga chilli is extremely spicy, so it creates a sauce that is next-level hot. Punjaban uses this chilli to pack a punch with a delicious blend of deep flavours. You can use this Naga chilli curry sauce with meat like chicken or lamb or for a vegan option, use tofu!

Each jar serves 4
1) Pour your naga chilli curry sauce by Punjaban into a pan.
2) Add approximately 600g of cooked chicken, meat or vegetables, plus 1/4 jar of water.
3) Simmer until ingredients are cooked and serve with rice, naan or chapattis.
Top tip – Add a little creme fraiche for a richer, creamier curry.
Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened, keep refrigerated.
