Garofalo orecchiette pasta is an ear shaped pasta that's made in Gragnano, Naples - the home of pasta.

This type of pasta is called orecchiette little ears pasta because it resembles the shape of a small ear ( 'orecchio' meaning ear in Italian and the suffix 'etto' meaning small ).

Garofalo has been making pasta for over 300 years so you can be sure that this vegan orecchiette shaped pasta is of the best quality. It can be used with many sauces but if you fancy a north italian tip, you can can put this Italian pasta in a vegetable stew with grated cheese.

Ready in 13 minutes

1) Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add salt if required. Keep the water at a rolling boil and add the amount of pasta needed.

2) Stir with a wooden spoon to prevent the pasta sticking together and to avoid damaging the pasta.

3) Cook for the recommended time, drain and serve.


Store in a cool, dry place.
