Directions

1) Preheat your oven to 220°C. Stir contents of pack into 500ml cold water for 2 minutes (Do not leave to rise).

2) Place dough immediately into a greased tin (24-26cm). Smooth top using water. Place an ovenproof dish with boiling water in bottom of oven to provide moist during baking. Bake bread for 5 minutes on middle shelf, then make a deep cut all the way down to the centre.

3) Once baked, remove from tin immediately and leave to cool down before eating.


Storage

Store in a cool, dry place.
